Return & Refund Policy

Salt Spring Labs backs every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us at hello@saltspringlabs.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a short note about what went wrong.

We review each request individually and will make it right. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send the product back or we may refund you without a return. If we ask for a return, we'll email you instructions.

Approved refunds are issued promptly to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Subscriptions

If a Subscribe & Save renewal has already been charged or shipped, it is covered by this same policy. You can cancel at any time. See our Cancellations policy for details.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
